RESCert is mandated by all three Belgian regions (Flanders, Wallonia, and Brussels) to manage the certification of renewable energy installers. Seven technology categories. Three regional regulatory frameworks. One platform, running in Dutch, French, and German.
Refaktory is not just the builder. We are the operational partner behind RESCert: a member of the consortium that runs it.
The system handles the full certification lifecycle: initial applications, renewals every seven years, re-certification, and a public directory of certified installers that anyone can consult.
